•No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. That means no smoking inside the apartment, on balconies or patios, or anywhere in the building's common areas. If any signs of smoking are found, you may be asked to leave and could be charged a fee of $1000 or more.

•Background Check: To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we require a background check for everyone staying at the property.
